December 1884 in the Sub-District of Ashton in Makerfield, in the county of Lancaster. William James Rafferty, Labourer and Agnes Duncan were married on the 16th. Febry, 1875 in the Parish Church of St. George's, Barrow-in-Furness, in the County of Lancaster. William James Rafferty, Railway Signalman, died on the 21st. December, 1890 (accidentally injured on the 19th. December, 1890, on the London & North Western Railway, near Brynn Station) and his death was registered on the 27th. December, 1890, in the District of Wigan, in the County of Wigan. Agnes Rafferty died of Gastro-Enteritis on the 20th. June, 1891, in the Sub-District of Ashton-in-Makerfield in the County of Lancaster. This child is the sister to No. 8158, and was together with her delivered into Mr. Muller's hands by their sister, Jane Rafferty, c/o John Latham, Long Lane, Brynn, Wigan, and Thos.
