Transcription of Abel's will:This is the last Will and Testament of me Abel Lee of the Township of Brimington in County of Derby, made this twenty third day of January in the year of Our Lord One thousand eight hundred and eighty three. I hereby revoke all Wills by me at any time heretofore made. I appoint my legal wife Louisa Lee of Brimington aforesaid, to be my Executrix and I direct all just debts and Funeral and Testamentary Expenses shall be paid as soon as possible after my decease. I hereby give and bequeath unto my Dear wife Louisa LEE all my personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever to hold unto her, her heirs, Executors and administrators according to their respective natures and qualities of the said premises absolutely and for ever and I hereby appoint my said wife Sole Executrix of this my Will at the same time revoking all other Wills, Codicils, Testamentary dispositions and appointments whatsoever by me at any time hetofore made.
